Fences for Braselton golf, swim and HOA communities, and for the larger lots on the edges of town.
Braselton spreads across four counties: Jackson, Gwinnett, Hall and Barrow. The town has its own development rules, and most of its neighborhoods, including the communities around Chateau Elan, have HOA design standards that are often stricter than the town's. Expect your HOA to control fence height, style, color and placement, and sometimes to require a specific style throughout the neighborhood.
Black aluminum is the most commonly approved fence in upscale HOA communities because it encloses the yard without blocking views of the course or common areas. Where privacy is allowed, vinyl and board-on-board wood are common. On the larger lots outside the subdivisions, board fence and split rail are popular along road frontage.
Inside the town limits, the Town of Braselton rules apply no matter which of the four counties you are in. Outside town limits, the county rules apply. Your HOA rules apply on top of either.
Black aluminum is the most commonly approved in Braselton communities, but every HOA is different. Get the architectural guidelines and we will quote a fence that fits them.
