These terms apply to your use of www.gainesvillegafence.com and to the text message service operated by Gainesville Fence Company. Using the site or opting in to messages means you accept them.
Everything published on this site is general guidance about fences and the services we offer. Price ranges and timelines are estimates drawn from typical jobs, not offers capable of acceptance. Summaries of local fence rules are provided for planning only, and the current code and your HOA documents control. Nothing here creates a contract until we have agreed the work with you in writing.
We quote after seeing the property, and nothing proceeds without your approval. If something unexpected turns up once work is underway, such as buried rock, old concrete or debris in the fence line, we stop and talk to you before continuing rather than adding it to the bill. Payment terms are stated on your quote.
You are responsible for identifying your property line and for any HOA approval. We build where you direct us to build. If the location of the line is uncertain, we recommend a survey before work starts. Where a fence needs a permit, we will tell you before work starts.
We request a Georgia 811 locate before digging. 811 marks public utility lines only. Private lines such as irrigation, pet containment wire, and power or water lines to outbuildings are not marked, so please show us where yours run. We are not responsible for damage to private lines that were not disclosed or marked.
Running electrical service to a gate operator or any other device is performed by a licensed electrician, not by us. We will tell you when part of your job needs one.
Gainesville Fence Company sends text messages relating to estimates, scheduling, quotes and follow-up for customers who contact us about work at www.gainesvillegafence.com, and receives service messages such as invoices and verification codes from providers we use.
If you opt in, we may send a message confirming your signup. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
Cancel any time by replying STOP to any message from us. We will send one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, after which you will receive no further messages. To resume later, sign up the same way you did originally.
Reply HELP to any message and we will respond with instructions on using the service and how to unsubscribe. You can also call (678) 679-0911 and speak to somebody.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier's network and is outside our control.

Completed work is covered by the warranty stated on your invoice, applying to the labor and materials itemised there. Manufacturer warranties on materials are passed through to you. Our warranty does not extend to damage from storms, falling trees, vehicles, animals or misuse after completion, to pre-existing conditions, to materials you supplied, or to work performed by others.
So far as the law permits, our liability for any claim connected with this site or our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the work in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
